Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dw288" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the dw288 online betting and gaming platform accessible at dw288.app and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the dw288 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon completing the dw288 registration process, through which all wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and platform interactions are conducted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any financial stake placed by a Player on the outcome of a game, sporting event, or other wagering opportunity made available on the dw288 platform.
• "Balance" — the total IDR funds held in a Player's dw288 account at any given time, including both deposited funds and any credited bonus funds, where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted by dw288 to a Player subject to the bonus terms specified at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by dw288 prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal, in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions in their current form, as amended from time to time by dw288 at its sole discretion.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the dw288 platform.

Eligibility

Use of the dw288 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dw288 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the dw288 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. All accounts must be registered and operated in the Player's own name only.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of dw288 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the dw288 platform, or have had a prior dw288 account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by dw288, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) dw288 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or the personal details of any other individual.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Changes to your personal details must be communicated to the dw288 support team promptly.
• Your dw288 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• dw288 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Upon successful registration, you will receive confirmation access to your dw288 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the dw288 support team immediately via live chat or email.

Identity Verification (KYC)

dw288 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and platform integrity. The following KYC requirements apply to all dw288 Members:

• KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC verification will be unable to withdraw funds from their dw288 account.
• Standard KYC documentation includes: a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or valid passport), and proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions on dw288.
• dw288 may request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds declarations, or additional identity documents, where required to satisfy internal compliance standards.
• All KYC documents submitted to dw288 are handled in accordance with the dw288 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.
• Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by dw288 may have their account temporarily suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold.

Deposits

dw288 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally supported payment channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the dw288 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your dw288 account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your dw288 account within 1 to 5 minutes of successful bank transfer or e-wallet payment confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer due to banking system delays outside dw288's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are strictly prohibited.
• dw288 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any bank or e-wallet fees charged by your financial institution are your sole responsibility.
• dw288 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds in cases where unusual deposit activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposited funds that remain unused in your dw288 account for a continuous period exceeding 12 months may be subject to an inactivity review. dw288 will contact you via registered email before any action is taken in relation to a dormant account balance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your dw288 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as your dw288 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. See Clause 4 for full KYC requirements.
• dw288 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests it deems unusual or high-value. In such cases, processing may be delayed by up to 24 hours pending completion of the review.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. Only funds exceeding the bonus wagering threshold and originating from genuine play may be withdrawn.
• dw288 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any bank charges applied by your receiving financial institution are your sole responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

dw288 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. dw288 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any given promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement), which specifies the total amount a Player must wager using the bonus before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated explicitly in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active on a dw288 account at any given time, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the prescribed withdrawal process following fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• dw288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring the terms already communicated to Players who have already activated the relevant promotion.
• Any Player found to be abusing the dw288 bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other Players, or systematic exploitation of wagering terms — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.

Gameplay Rules

The following general gameplay rules apply across all products available on the dw288 platform, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, and all other wagering products:

• All bets placed on dw288 are final once confirmed. Players should verify all wager details — including stake amount, selection, and market — before confirming any bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or sports market, dw288 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
• dw288 operates a Provably Fair Games standard across its certified game titles. Random number generators (RNGs) used in dw288 slot and table games are independently tested and certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories.
• For sportsbook markets, dw288 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market or event where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of the underlying event is in question.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wager types and may vary by product, market, and Player account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• dw288's decisions regarding the settlement of all bets and game outcomes are final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 16 (Contact).

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dw288 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from dw288:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering multiple accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the dw288 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or sporting market.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the dw288 platform in a manner inconsistent with fair human play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or exploit any technical feature, security system, or game mechanic on the dw288 platform.
• Using deposited or bonus funds for any purpose other than genuine wagering activity on the dw288 platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the dw288 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any dw288 employee, support agent, or other platform user.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dw288 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any dw288 content without the prior written consent of dw288; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the dw288 platform; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any dw288 content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dw288 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dw288 platform or any of its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own wagering decisions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or downtime caused by factors outside dw288's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, and force majeure events.
• Errors in information published on the dw288 platform where such errors are corrected promptly upon identification.

dw288 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of harmful components. The dw288 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by dw288 Members is governed by the dw288 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on dw288, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

dw288 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of dw288 services.

Amendments

dw288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, dw288 will notify registered Members via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on their account, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the dw288 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the dw288 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting the dw288 support team.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the internal policies of the dw288 platform operator. dw288 operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction.

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the dw288 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction, including the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. dw288 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction, and disclaims all liability for any Player who accesses the platform in contravention of local laws.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dw288 customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
